Shoes are not subject to exchange or free repair:
- worn out;
- with defects formed as a result of operation in conditions that do not correspond to its purpose;
- with mechanical damage (cuts, burns, scratches, etc.);
- deformed as a result of improper wearing, drying, which has lost quality as a result of chemical action, and with other defects caused by the fault of the buyer;
- repaired by the buyer before presentation to the store (except replacement of punches, attachment of metal jambs, gluing of a preventive sole, if such repair did not cause the formation of defects).
