RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Return of unused shoes:

  • Shoes must be clean.

  • All components must be included.

  • Shoes must be packed in the original branded box.

  • Any personal markings on the shoes or the box are not allowed.

Shoes are not subject to return, exchange, or free repair if:

  • They have been worn.

  • Defects were caused by use in conditions that do not match their intended purpose.

  • They have mechanical damage (cuts, burns, scratches, etc.).

  • They were deformed as a result of improper wearing, drying, chemical exposure, or any other damage caused by the buyer.

  • They were repaired by the buyer before presenting them to the store (except for replacement of heel tips, attachment of metal toe caps, or application of preventive soles, provided such repairs did not cause new defects).
     

BAG RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may refuse your order and return or exchange a bag if it is of proper quality (unused and in the original packaging).
Returns/exchanges are made at the buyer’s expense within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Bags are not subject to return or exchange if defects occurred during use, including:

  • Mechanical damage (cuts, scratches, punctures, burns, etc.).

  • Deformation due to improper wearing, drying, or exposure to chemicals and other substances.

  • Damage resulting from non-compliance with care instructions.
     

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill out the return form included in the box with your product.

  2. Place the product, delivery note, and completed return application together.

  3. Pack everything securely and send it via Nova Poshta to branch №77, Kyiv.

  4. Send the tracking number via Viber or Telegram to +380664640149.
     

In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is received.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
