WARRANTY TERMS

The service period corresponds to the warranty period from the day of purchase of the shoes.

For everyday shoes with a genuine leather upper:

- shoes with leather soles - 40 days;

- shoes with leather soles with rubber inserts - 45 days;

- shoes with soles made of leather wool, styrofoam, transparent, polyvinyl chloride - 60 days;

- shoes with soles made of slotted rubber, polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomer - 70 days;

- shoes for active recreation and home shoes - 60 days

For model shoes with a genuine leather upper:

- shoes with leather soles - 50 days;

- shoes with soles made of leather fiber, styrofoam, transparent, polyvinyl chloride - 70 days;

- shoes with soles made of slotted rubber, polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomer - 80 days

The warranty period of footwear is calculated from the day of sale through a retail network, and for shoes purchased before the start of the corresponding season:

winter season - from November 15 to March 15; summer season - from May 15 to September 15; spring-autumn - from September 15 to November 15; from March 15 to May 15
The list of regulatory and technical documentation, the requirements of which must be met by domestic footwear:

All bags come with a 50-day warranty.
